The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports, Government of Pakistan has issued Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cancellation of duplicate/multiple passports till 31st December 2022. The same SOPs can be visited at:

The SOPs are attached. Briefly, the categorization for claiming the said amnesty is as follows:

1 | Individuals who obtained more than one passports, by concealing true identity on the basis of different CNIC numbers with same particulars or change of marital status, in female cases | Rs. 10,000 |
2 | Individuals who obtained more than one passports with slight difference in name/parentage, affixing/prefixing surname, caste etc, with different CNICs numbers. Individuals who obtained more than one passport on the basis of more than one CNIC numbers with difference of date of birth. | Rs. 25,000 |
3 | Individuals who obtained/attempted to obtain more than one passport, by concealing true identity, with altogether different/particulars on the basis of his/her different CNIC numbers | Rs. 50,000 |
Pakistani diaspora, residing in Western Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, North Western Territories and Yukon Territory) intending to claim the said amnesty may visit the Consulate General of Pakistan, Vancouver for processing of their respective cases.
