Job Description: –
- Managing the front desk
- Have good skill of Data Entry.
- Computer skill of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- To receive email and uploading of documents
- Social Media Handling (twitter, Facebook, Instagram & Website)
- Better Communications skills
- Keep record of files.
- Any other related work
Qualification: Should have minimum high school degree and be fluent in English. Knowing Urdu language would be an added advantage.
Timing: 9am to 5pm
Salary: to be negotiated
- Individual with prior experience of Office Assistant would be given preference.
- The applicants must have valid Permanent Residence Card/ Work Permit or a Canadian national.
- Other terms and conditions will be discussed during interview.
